Registration of files and forms
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, we hereby inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your registration as a User will be incorporated into a file owned by Gate of Football, having implemented the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December.

The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided to Gate of Football are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
Purposes
The collection and automated processing of Personal Data is intended to maintain the contractual relationship established with Gate of Football; the management, administration, provision, expansion and improvement of services which the user decides to subscribe to or register for: or to adapt these services to the preferences and tastes of users, studying the use of the services by the Users, designing new services related to these services, sending updates of the services, sending, by traditional and electronic means, technical, operational and commercial information about products and services offered by Gate of Football and/or by third parties, now and in the future The purpose of the collection and automated processing of Personal Data also includes sending survey forms, which the User is not obliged to answer.
Transfer
Gate of Football may, where appropriate, transfer Personal Data to companies for the same purposes as indicated for the collection of Personal Data by Gate of Football in relation to their respective products and services. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, companies with which Gate of Football directly or indirectly concludes contractual agreements are also considered. In the event that users subscribe to blog notifications, they may exercise their right of cancellation from a link that will be included in the notifications themselves.
Security measures
Gate of Football has adopted the security levels and measures for the protection of personal data by installing in its systems and files the necessary technical measures to guarantee the confidential processing of the data, to avoid their loss, alteration and access. Gate of Football will not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system, as a result of causes beyond the control of Gate of Football; for delays or blocks on the use of this electronic system caused by faults or overloads of telephone lines or overloads of the Data Processing Center, the internet system or other electronic systems, or for damages that may be caused by third parties through illegal intrusions beyond the control of Gate of Football.
